If the issue persists, install the drivers in Windows 8.1 compatibility mode and check if it helps. Run the program in the compatibility mode. If a program or driver written for an earlier version of Windows doesn't run properly in current Windows, then you could try using compatibility mode on the program to hopefully allow it to run properly. Thank you for the reply but I am already using the latest updated software for the webcam but least I can do is install it in compatibility mode in windows 8.1 version and it was working fine with windows 8.1 but since I updated it to windows 10 these problem started to surface, the main issue is regarding the keyboard for every two shutdown it will work fine and then again the problem will come back, I have to unplug it from CPU and then again plug it in to get it detected, there is no stable solution to this problem as I am not able to find any keyboard driver also, I never required it. Lately my PC is not able to get shut down it take's 10 min to get it shutdown this is the recent issue I am facing, some time it get shut down showing some error that windows will restart and it's facing some problem.
