I have bought this camera which identifies as an ID002-A on the cameras sticker but although it lights up, and my sky internet router shows it as having an ip address, it doesn't seem to exist. I cannot access the ddns web address it lists on the cameras base, even when plugged in using the internet, if I ping the ip address my router allocated it then the ping is successful but I cannot type in the ip address to a web browser to visit it and try to access its web interface. Dave Edit: Using a program included on the disc called 'master' and typing in the ip address and the password I can see the camera but it still does not show on the devices list in any open cam or other software so only that program on my pc will find it, therefore I cannot use the camera because it has to be hard wired via ethernet and nothing can see it. Hopefully someone can help me figure this out.
